Music with the beats to get you moving and having fun, combined with many styles of kicking, punching and a variety of cardio exercises will make class fun while getting a good a workout​.


We start class off with group stretching and warm-up then move into warm-up drills. As class moves on, we go through several intervals of combinations of cardio, kicking combinations and punching exercises. Also, part of class is dedicated to learning kicking and punching techniques that are rooted in Tae Kwon Do.

Before you begin, you will receive expert training in proper kicking and punching form.
